This week we finished talking about Malcolm X and his effect on both the African American community and the still young muslim American community. We concluded that he was both a man of sincerity in his faith and a dedicated servant to his people. We then read the prophets sas last sermon and compared what he sas was saying 1400 years ago compared the challenges we face on our time and in the past century, including civil rights and equality, womens’ rights and suffrage, and a code of conduct for all of humanity. We then discussed the concepts of democracy and Shura.
